Tulsi Garment, known in the trade as 7 Tone, runs shirt, kurti and uniform batches out of a working cutting floor in the Bhadra cloth market. Bring the design, choose the fabric, and pick a delivery week.

Tulsi Garment has been supplying wholesale ready-made garments out of the M G Market lanes in Bhadra for years, cutting, stitching and finishing to the specification a buyer walks in with. Retailers, uniform vendors and boutique labels use the workshop as their working extension.
The team keeps the pipeline honest: fabric is sourced from the mills next door, cutting is done on the same floor, stitching is broken into unit lots to keep quality even, and finishing runs through a proper check before folding. Nothing is farmed out to a floor the owner has not walked through.
It runs on quiet repeat orders. A buyer sends a pattern once, the workshop keeps the sizing chart on file, and the second run lands with the same fit as the first. That is the whole appeal.
Every line is cut to a buyer supplied pattern or a stock sizing chart, and stitched in batches sized to the order. Fabric can be picked from the workshop's regular mills or supplied by the buyer.
01Full sleeve and half sleeve, formal and casual cuts. Cotton, poly-cotton and blends. Standard S to XXL, with custom sizing on batches above 200 pieces.
02Straight cut, A-line and short kurtis for daily wear. Plain, tonal and simple print options. Sample piece confirmed before the full run.
03Shirts, kurtis and tunics for schools, hospitality staff, workshop crews and retail teams. Colour matched to a supplied swatch, name-tape stitching on request.
04Small kurtas, shirts and coordinated sets for kids. Sizing chart from 2 years to 14 years. Soft cotton and cotton-blend fabric for daily wear.
Fabric selection happens before the pattern is cut, so buyers see and feel the material first. Any of the options below can be swapped for a supplied bolt if the buyer already has a preferred mill.

60s and 40s count cotton for shirts and kurtis. Soft hand, breathes well, prints and dyes cleanly. Good for daily wear and warm weather runs.

Standard 65-35 and 80-20 blends. Holds shape longer, cheaper per metre, and takes uniform dyes evenly. The default for larger uniform batches.

Send the fabric in, we cut and stitch to your spec. Meterage and shrinkage checked on receipt, and any short-fall confirmed back before cutting starts.
Standard MOQ starts at 50 pieces per design per size ratio. Sample batches of 10 to 20 pieces can be arranged before a full run.
Neck label, size tape and wash-care tape stitched to the buyer's spec. Supply the label roll or ask us to source a matching one.
Sizing chart confirmed on paper before cutting. First-piece sample sent for buyer approval, revisions honoured before the batch starts.
Folded, poly-bagged and boxed by size ratio, ready for pickup at the workshop or dispatch by road transport to any Gujarat city.
Every wholesale order runs through the same five stops, so a buyer always knows which stage their batch is sitting at.
Buyer picks fabric off the shelf or supplies a bolt. Pattern is drafted or loaded from the buyer's existing sizing file.
Fabric is laid, marked and cut in batches by size ratio. A first cut is checked against the pattern before the rest is laid.
Broken into unit lots so quality stays even. Machine settings are locked to the fabric weight before the run starts.
Thread trimming, button and label stitching, and a piece by piece check for stitch tension, size and finish before folding.
Folded to a standard size, poly-bagged, and boxed by size ratio. Ready for workshop pickup or road transport across Gujarat.
Send a pattern reference or a photo on WhatsApp, tell us the quantity and the fabric preference, and we will quote a batch price and a delivery week.
The workshop is inside the old-city cloth market, a short walk from Gheekanta. Come during counter hours or send a message first and we will keep the samples ready.
